By accessing and using Predator Panel and our website development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on our platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

We provide web development, SEO optimization, branding, website configuration, mobile development, and website administration services. We also offer Predator Panel, a custom CRM application for business management. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms in your service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables we create for you. However, we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and methodologies used in providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
